This was an impulsive live where I was planning on having my friend on to talk about single parenting and all of the challenges that go along with it, but also the indescribable love of being a mom. She ended up not making it, but we will plan to try again tomorrow. So the live toon a turn and it's worth a listen. Enjoy!

I draw on a conversation from last night with a close friend, which reminded me of stg one of my yoga teachers, Deborah Lee, taught me.Drawing on Buddhist philosophy,I discuss 3 things to ask yrslf before speaking to another & 4th toconsider.I include bkgrnd of my AI,as it relates. Our words are powerful &affect others, negatively/positively.The choice is largely up to us.I hope this guides U in ur relations w/others,as much asit has for me.Thankyou my teacher&friend for this nugget of wisdom!
