This episode describes my recent experiences with loved ones & death and navigating the healing process during the transition. I also discuss the question of what is preferred for the living and for the dying: to die knowing you're going to die or to die a sudden death. Which one is better or easier? Lastly, I describe my experiences volunteering and how they relate to all of the above.
