Adrenal insufficiency & its effects emotional wellbeing & quality of life

This is an episode that I recorded in March 2023 this year, that I never posted for some reason. It’s not the best sound quality because I was walking home from work so it’s kind of loud in the background, but I still think it’s important to publish it in case anyone who is suffering with autoimmune disorders, can resonate with any of it, and somehow feel supported.
